Removing camshaft

Have a cylinder head half pulled apart, just need to remove the camshaft, but not sure the best way to crack/remove the bolt holding the cam sprocket in. I know Mitsu has a special tools for this (part #'s MB990767 and MD998719), but seeing as it is Canada Day I had no chance to call the dealer. Anyone know of another way to remove the sprocket without the dealer tools?

Strap wrench (or an old timing belt and a big pair of vise-grips) and an impact wrench. Wrap the strap around the cam sprocket and have someone hold the sprocket in place, and hit the bolt with the impact.
