Polishing headers?

Hello i have a RA with the stock headers and i want to know what are these headers made of? Steel? Because they are all rusty and i want to know if there is any way i could be able to polish them?

not worth it...polish the heat shield if anything.

Ive seen them get ceramic coating. But even that gets dull and ugly after a while.
