So after teasing the wifey that my car is faster than hers she tells me "I wasn't even all the way down on the pedal" so we went down to the local race track and I get her off the line cause I can launch but after that she stays the same length of how far I got her off the line so are cars are evenly matched but I think if she were to use the sport shift mode she will prolly catch up to me

Yeah I've been on the fence with getting a cold air intake due to the loss of low end and I didn't want to spend 200+ on it when I was planning on going turbo but you already know what happend there.. (p.s I'm going to own not rent and I've been told its a great investment) ��

sorry...i just found it humourous that the he included the fact that it was blacked out as a factor in a question relating to power...i guess i was wrong...sounded like a ricer to me...
there's a couple 2.0L lancer kids in town, with CAI's and magnaflows that think they make 230hp, and laugh at me cause i'm only making 213 at the wheels with a turbo...
big time facepalm...then i took one for a spin...and asked him how 209 foot pounds of torque @ 3000 rpm felt...he was quiet after that, but his buddy insisted his lancer was the fastest in town...
