My RRM experience

Not that good. Turbo kit didn't have all the pieces & now the piggy back wiring diagram is not accurate. The installer call them, they told him that Gabe will call him. Nothing yet & I need my car today. Now i'm regreting getting that kit miss 5 days of work & all this headaches. My installer is leaving for his Wedding ANV. for the weekend so now I'm carless till Monday or Tuesday til he get back. Thanks RRM for the vacation.

Kit fits nice & looks nice.

Grade C- Due to custumer service.

1: A nut & washer that goes to oil pan adapter. ( when to a plumber store & made an invention)
2: one silicone piece to connect to the intercooler piping (also made an invention)
3: the wiring diagram for piggy.

How much time did you allow for a turbo kit install?
You said the installer called them.....did you call them? Remember there is a 3 hour time difference too.
Rob or Gabe I am sure will take care of you.

In post #3 I says what I did to contact them. And the installer is also calling them. So far they haven't answer me & they answer his call & said that Gabe will call. hE CALL AGAIN A 4 EST TIME . Gabe when out or something like that. They can get the diagram & e-mail it to me or the installer. What the deal.

Not saying you're lying or anything but its weird, never heard anyone say anything negative about the customer service. its always been great for me.

Sorry to hear its been a run around. it'll all be worth it the first time that turbo kicks in.

1. Is sometihng from old instructions. You do not need it.
2. Not sure what that is.
3. We gave you instructions but you had trouble with them. We gave you 2 sets of instructions now.

Point is we did call you back! And we did handle it! That is what we do!

wow, I had some refabbing issues and even with SEMA Rob and Gabe were always good to call for any of my minor stuff, I had a piping issue but that was easily fixable and my installer was able to make his own pipe. I never had any problems.

Trust me it was no where near as bad as it sounds. Some issue were NON-Issues and they called in the middle of shipping and we talked with them an couple hours later. That apparently, was too long for them. They were trying to finish the car. We had a long day left. Matbe they were East Coast and wanted to go home. 3 o'clock to them is Noon to us. I spoke to the installer and he was not mad at all. He PMed me I returned it righrt away. They just called at a bad moment. REegardless it is all good now. Thread is over.
