2004 Lancer Ralliart Oil Change Question

Ok I have a 2004 Ralliart, does it need synthetic or conventional is fine? Does it require a specific oil filter? If so, what the P/N?

Thanks in advance!

yeah, totally beaten questions there...there are many brands of oil filters, just go to a parts store and tell them what you drive, they'll hook you up...and oil doesn't matter, really.

my .02 if you drive the car hard do not use oil filters supplied by the normal oil change places as they're the economical types and will not stand up to hard driving

(thats what happened with me when got an oil change at aamco)

i would not recommend Fram based on reviews. K&N i believe is fairly good but the best i've heard in terms of oil filters would be Napa Golds

4.5qt i think

any filter that is designed for the car will work in theory. but how well it holds up to spirited driving depends on its construction
