2005 Ralliart clutch pedal stopper

2005 Ralliart clutch pedal stopper
!I have a super minor issue with my 05 Ralliart. The plastic stopper that goes behind the clutch pedal has fallen out, and I can't get this thing back into place. First I tried just pushing it on, then I noticed that the peg it goes on is actually threaded, so I tried screwing it on, it still won't go. I even tried a rubber mallet. No luck. What am I doing wrong? Is there a trick to this? I know my car isn't going to fall apart without this part in place, but I'd really like to get it back on. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks man! I'm gonna need that part number for the clutch pedal stopper. I appreciate that. I've only had the lancer for a few months, still learning something new about it everyday
