At the moment the 5mm spacers on the rear have the tire barely touching the arch lip, so will definatly need to roll the arches before the 10mm go on. But that is my general plan for the moment. Unless I decide to start rolling 8" wide wheels XP
I'll need to get a more up to date picture of the wheel setup as the one I uploaded was before I put the 5mm spacers on.

Does anyone know what is the widest wheel setup the Lancers/RA's can run?
I have read a lot of people saying that they are running 17x8 but does anyone know if a 17x9J setup can work?

Finally on. 16x8 +30 on 205/50/16 Hankook tires.

Side view.

Front fitment. Does not rub at all.

Rear fitment. It's bang on

Nice fitment, if the car was a little lower it would look really sweet

What's up Mitsubishi owners. Jumpin' in on these forums.
Not too aggresive but she's still my baby

Running 17x7.5 +35 on 215/45/17. Hits the strut housing for some reason so got 10mm spacers on the rear as well

I just recently bought Evo 8 wheels with 215/45ZR17's and am sitting on newly installed Tein S-techs. I won't be too distraught if they won't fit because the guy dipped them black to cover up the evidence of his awesome driving skills (curb rash) but they would look better than my stock wheels. If I remember right the Evo 8 wheels are 17 x 8 +38. Will these be a good fit or am I going to experience some rubbing? The measurements I think come out to being 1/2" wider than stock and .8" taller in diameter which really is just .4" closer to the wheel well. Thoughts on fitment?

Front should be fine. But rear you may have to run spacers.

I just purchased some XXR 530's 17x7 +35 wrapped in Nitto Neo Gen 205 40r17 tires. Waiting till all the body work is done before installing them. I just want to verify that they don't require spacers. I searched and saw one person confirming it worked on his setup. But another said it hit the strut housing in the rears. Just need to know if I should order them while it's down now instead of waiting when it is finished. Also car is lowered on Tein Basic Coilovers for now. Thanks...

I thought I would check out the new set-up while the car is still on jackstands.

I bought another set of fender flares that I'm going to extend into the side skirts this winter. I will also, use a gasket in between the body and fender flare to follow the contours.

no offense, but I am not digging those door ding protectors! unless you love 'em, SHAVE 'EM!!!

Also, a tint job would tie in those wheels nicely!

Great to see the Ralliarts keeping the faith. The1ftw, those wheels are gorgeous, like the raised white lettering too. You can order the spacers, if in the end you dont need them you're out a few dollars, but that beats rubbing and then having to wait to get them when you have those fantastic rims.

Thank you, what size do you recommend?

I cannot say what size to get. I recommend using a site like this :
http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php...t2=38#isPage=1

That will give you a good idea of the size spacer needed, or if any is needed at all.
