control arms

so my ralliart has 141700 on it now and I still have the original control arms on the car , I changed my stocks around 67000 to kyb . the car dosent feel as tight as it use to , so do you think its time to change the arms.

check sway and stabilizer bar mounts, bushings and endlinks and make sure they are in good condition... also inspect control arm bushings for damage.

If the lower control arms look rusty and you're sitting at that mileage.. If you want Peace of Mind.. Go ahead and do them. I finished up getting my tranny rebuilt at 138 and at 141k my LCA on the driver front decided to shear off entirely right before the ball joint. I had just inspected it 1500 miles prior doing a routine oil change and inspection at work. It cost me a new cv halfshaft and some more gear oil and a few zip ties to put my front bumper back in place from the damn tow truck driver. Thank god I was only goin 10 miles an hour in a parking lot. Passenger side LCA showed up tonight in the mail and headin into work on a day off tomorrow just to throw it in real quick.
