Hello gurus, are there any other suspension parts that are not interchangeable between the lancers? I know coilovers are specific to each vehicles, but is there anything else?

um, are we talking between lancers as in FWD lancers? or between FWD lancers and Evo's?

As in lancers in general. My goal is to find out if little parts such as ball joints are interchangeable.

for all non evo lancers from 2002 to 2006, all suspension parts are interchangeable. the different trims have different stock suspension, but if you swap entire strut assemblies, they fit...like the ES has smaller diameter front springs, so the struts will need to have smaller seats, and the upper seat will be smaller etc...but you could take a whole Ralliart or OZ rally strut assembly, and install it in an ES. there are little differences in wheel bearing diameter, and hub bolt pattern, but then you just get a different knuckle...front control arms and ball joints are all the same...
