Opinions on buying this ralliart?

Hey I am new here! I am looking for a ralliart and was wondering would this be a good buy? I understand that I would still have to look at the car myself, but just from reading it and owning one could you give me your opinion on it.

Thanks!

Its always a risk when you're buying someone elses project. However, a Octane Blue Sportback that apparently is outperforming Evos is something to take notice of. If I was in the market right now I'd definitely take a look at it.

*warning* - all those power mods and no mention of the tranny or upgrades to handle the moar powah...

I would need to see tranny service records and drive it carefully - watching for any clutch slippage, slamming gears, and bring a code reader to read codes....
