The RRM GRIP springs lower it very nicely - but ride quality for a DD was too harsh for me. I then did the Eibach Pro-Kit and i am very satisfied with the ride height and qaliity.

My $.02 worth

height and quality with H&R springs is pretty good. Though, I wouldn't recommend carrying adult sized rear seat passengers on them or any other lowering/"sport" spring available atm.

Don't forget if you go coilovers, the rear extended damper adjusters will not work unless you drill a hole for them on the SB. They reinforced this area with another top plate compared to the sedan which has an access hole.

I have not done this yet and swear up a storm every time i need to remove the rear unit just to adjust it.

yup... pretty much what NEoGeo64 just said. I'm on BC coilovers now, and have put up with improperly set damping because it is a bit of a pain to drop them just to twist a knob. The last time I dropped my rear coilovers out of the car was to put stiffer springs on. Luckily, I nailed the damper adjustment on the first shot.
