Gravel spec coils?

I'm wondering if there would be any downsides to running gravel spec shocks when I daily drive and mostly street... I thought it would be awesome for the winter to jack it up a few inches

It might help if you mentioned the specific setup youre interested in. Someone with first hand experience may chime in.

I was actually looking for any experience or opinions on the matter to help determine which set up/brand is better or would be best suited but seems no one has anything to add.

I don't have any personal experience with them but you might want to look at or maybe talk to Flatout suspension. I believe they have some setups that raise the ride height and they claim are still streetable.

Generally speaking though I'd think a gravel rally setup would be bouncy on the street. You're probably more likely to find info / personal experience if you search around on some of the Impreza rally forums though.

Thanks, checked out Flatout, a little pricey but likely worth it, and that's kind of what I was looking for; mostly wanted to know if it would be feasible or at least realistic to run gravel spec suspension on a daily driver. I will probably follow up with them further.
