Think of your transmission like a computer, an IT helpdesk would say "reboot". Since this is an SST transmission I will suggest "reboot the SST fluid".

When was it done last?

The GST basemap helps with things like that along with a SST fluid change as was said previously.

I have been able to replicate this condition by varying the brake pressure when braking. When braking you need to keep constant pressure or increase, the moment you let up slighly, the car thinks your going to hit the gas and will engage the clutches causeing a jerk forward. It did this on my stock SST and I got a full rebuild last year and it still does it the odd time.
