Quick Question.
I purchased a RA Turbo for my 08+ lancer (2013) for a turbo..
and I very politely asked the person who sold here to make sure everything is wrapped carefully I unbox it and find this piece crushed under the turbo..

What is this piece for, how difficult is it to replace. he apparently included the waste gate as well
