I ended up buying an ETS intercooler and uicp for my Ralliart and wondering is the evo x licp the best option or are there other LICP that work w/o modifications? I understand if using the evo x licp the use/modification of the BOV line is needed.

*Side note, what is best paint to use to paint the stencil on an IC?

Your IC gets fairly warm so a header paint would be best.

The evo x licp is hard to improve upon...use the dayco radiator hose for the bov,trim it a little and your good to go
