Stock igntion to cdi ignition help.

Im installing a new motor today. On my old motor I was on stock ignition but on the new one i am using a cdi ignition system with a dynatek arc 2. What changes if any will i need to make on the ecu so to get the ignition setup to work? Im on an aem v1.

Go into the Coil Dwell Wizard and chose "All CDI Systems (Except Ford TFI) and you should be good to go.
