Okay I really need help. I just got my car in today from the port, finally, and I can't find any gas stations that have 93 octane. Even the Shell V-Power is 91, which is 93 in the states. Any help on this PLEASE?

There are no dyno's or tuning shops on Guam and practically all Evo specific parts need to be mailed/shipped in. So I'd recommend you do all the work and get all the parts on your car you need before bringing it here cause shipping big items here is gonna cost an arm.
