2013 NATIONALS (9 AUG-11 AUG) Lakeside raceway & Mt Cotton hill climb
POSITIONS FOR THE 2013 NATIONALS (9 AUG-11 AUG) ARE OFFICIALLY OPENED.
Could all potential attendees please read this note carefully.
While there are other threads describing the content of this years event, and there will be more to come, the 2013 EvoNats will (in short) be:
catch up, paperwork and Drinks - Friday night 9th August
Homestead Tavern Boondall
Our Friday night drinks venue is the Homestead Tavern Boondall, http://www.homesteadtavern.com.au which is located a short walking distance from the Brisbane International Virginia Palms Hotel General catch up for all EvolutionOz members to meet and greet before weekend of events, the early birds can take advantage the bikini girls from 3pm onwards then from 6pm we will have our EvoOz Promo girls entertaining us, also live entertainment and Evo Oz will provide finger food. Were hoping to have a bigger Friday night get together this year to focus more on the social side of the event. Please make an effort to attend this one guys????.and Yolksi
Track Day - Saturday 10 August
Lakeside international raceway Lakeside Rd Kurwongbah QLD 4503
From 9am to 4pm Lakeside Raceway will provide the adrenalin rush that you have been longing for, as one of the fastest average speed tracks in Australia aside from Bathurst, you will literally be on the edge of your seat coming to terms with the high speed negative camber turns, setting your fastest time in each session and then collating your average speed for the evolutionOz driving medal. Our Promo Girls will also be entertaining us during the day again
Annual Dinner - Saturday night 10 August

After much deliberation and consideration, we have much pleasure to announce the venue for our 2013 Queensland Evo Nationals dinner on Saturday the 11th August 2013 and preferred venue for accommodation for the weekend to be the Brisbane International Virginia Palms Hotel.
We have managed to arrange a special discounted rate for all evolutionOz members? accommodation, please mention evolutionOz to reception when making your booking.
The venue is located almost central to both Lakeside Raceway and the Mt Cotton Hill Climb, providing easy access off the main highway to venues and providing more than adequate parking for trailered vehicles and in the best interest of our members, evolutionOz will arrange a static security guard for the cars for the Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 6am each day.

Evolution Oz will be providing a 3 hour beverage package for all participants, paying guests & Sponsors from 6pm to 9pm and a 3 course dinner, entre, main and desert will commence from 6.30pm and conclude at 10.30pm during which you will be entertained by our mystery guest speaker and we will present the awards for each category of the track day winners.
Hill Climb Circuit - Sunday 11 August
Mt Cotton hillclimb situated on Gramzow Rd at Mt Cotton
On Sunday Mt Cotton Hill Climb we have a challenging skill based hill climb event to test the drivers and cars, Mt Cotton will be the base for a 946 metre speed run where our all wheels drive Evo?s will push the boundaries of grip on the tarmac. Times from both the Hill Climb and the Lakeside track day will combine in the total and class win for the weekend. Then we will have our evolutionOz Award presentation. Our Promo Girls will once again join us for the day.
Sunday Drinks:
Back to the Homestead Tavern in Boodall for a few refreshing ales to brag about and recap the weekend of Evo motorsport for another year and plan where we will take the Evo Nats to again for 2014?
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The charges for the track day, dinner and hillclimb are:
Early bird special
Cost per person for all events for the weekend - $300
If entry payment received after 22 June the entry fee for all event per driver is $375
