Hey Alex. I just send 5k in parts Dhl who have their own customs in brazil and it arrived to g&r in 2 days. I know how business is done. You weren't going to pay dhl price for that service or ups because you got the price on the website which is usps express. Stop crying already.

The way of submitting your site is precarious, Express Mail International when it arrives in Brazil for one vai amazem federal revenue outside the UPS

I have dealt with awd motorsports before and they are a stand up shop. You have to understand that when you order something from another country these issues can arise. Take buying certain rims, body kits for an example. These parts come from overseas and some take as long as months to arrive. Yeah it sucks but it's the price we pay if we want them. My question to you is,if you needed them quickly why didn't you opt to purchase from a local shop or pay extra for shipping. I'm sure your frustrated but getting pissed off and getting an attitude with the company isn't going to get the parts quicker. Good luck with future purchases.
