i had an 8 for a bit. im from Vancouver bc. they are not illegal. you can go jdm too evo 1-6 or 8-10 from the states.

anyone here waiting for evo 7 to be legal? hahahha

Recently, I wanna import an EVO 8 or 9 in BC, but someone told upgraded vehicle can't pass the safety inspection, which means the car can't be insurance. Is that true?

You'll be fine, import away and don't lose any sleep over it.
