Stock motor, stock turbo, stock piping record?

I never got a chance to throw my VIII down the strip with the final tune but I was expecting low 11s / high 10s with a bit more power than you've got.
That was on dunlop sp5000's. Here is an older run that had too much tire spin, I didn't get a video of my 11.4, just had better traction and 1-2 shift. As you can hear, the exhaust was very quiet with the stock cat back I miss that car, was a true sleeper.

Meth is another consideration if E85 availability near the track goes away. I really only drag a couple times a year, and it's always at combo events where I'm also on the road course, so bring fuel isn't an option for me, I'd get maybe two sessions and a couple passes before having to call it.

Very impressive, sir, and on marginal tires, too.

Hey Ed, long time no talk, I think you were the camera man on this one right?

I haven't been logged in here in years, but reading a previous post as to times, I felt I needed to keep the times accurate. I tuned IndyEvo's IX and with only changing to an MBC, different air filter and 101 octane fuel he ran an 11.6 and 116/117 mph traps. Stock exhaust all the way, stock pipes, stock intercooler, nothing changed on the engine. We did use my 17" lighter wheeels and the Hoosier DR's. It was Jim Kitasaki's 2006 Evo, not mine. I was just the tuner.
Thought adding this spreadsheet of his last 25 runs or so might help for comparison purposes. I kept track of nearly every variable such as temp, humidity, wind, wind direction etc. until the last month or so. The items in red indicate his best performance for that particular column of data such as 1/8th mph, or 60', etc. As you can see, most of his best column performances came during the same run. Jim never did well at getting his 60' times down, but in his defense, ORP wasn't prepping the track for the street gang.
