e85 tunes with ecu flash

have you done many(if any) tunes for cars running e85 and big turbos with just a reflash?

Im thinking about greddy t67 kit, 280's and 1000cc's(possibly 1200's) with just ecuflash.

what are your thoughts?

or is this aem ems territory?

WIth the stock ecu a stock turbo set up works great with 880 injectors on E 85

Trying to run E 85 on a stock ecu starts to get you in trouble with injector control

An AEM starts to make sense

As far as stock turbo cars they run very well on E85 with the stock ecu and a proper flash - I do those only on a custom tuned basis - no mail in or eflash maps

Hey Al,

I'm looking to also run E85 using ECUFlash (3 maps) with my current setup (see sig) in addition to adding a 10.5 upgrade, SS O2 housing, and LICP. Do you think it would be a hassle to tune for 91, race gas, and E85 running 880 injectors at our altitude? Any insight would be really helpful!

Thanks

I am wondering the same thing as buddaboba.

we live at 5000+ elevation and can only get 91 from local pumps, so our tunes would be a little different than somebody at say 2000ft. correct?

you need a 255 fuel pump, at least 880s, and a tune for e85. lines should be fine but you might want an fpr
