I'm sorry, I didn't mean on top of what you already had. I didn't look at your maps. I was just talking about in general about pump gas compared to C-16. Sorry about the confusion.

No need to apologize, lol.

But yes you are right, C16 has a much longer flame propogation so you need more advance to get a full burn.

I wouldn't reccomend just "pouring" in the timing on race fuel. Its a question of MBT. If you aren't pushing the boost past "pump gas limits", and have a good FMIC, chances are you can make max power on pump, and putting in race fuel and turning up the timing won't gain you anything. Going past MBT on race fuel gives you nothing in terms of power...going past MBT on pump fuel gives you a broken motor. If you can't get to MBT on pump gas on a particular boost, then yes, putting in race fuel and going up on the timing will help. But I wouldn't go blindly adding 2-3 degrees without some indication that you need to.

If you read the entire thread you would have noted that i only add 2-3 degrees becasue i would rather run more boost.

Noogles- sorry wasn't referring to you, rather the comment on how you need to run a "lot" of timing on racegas. I agree with you infact that its better to just throw boost at it, instead of timing.
