Restrictor pill..
I recently had DYNOFLASH flash my ecu with great results. With removal of the restrictor pill, i see results of 22 psi with no tapering. QUESTION......For reliability purposes...with that basic flash i have; if i left the restrictor pill IN...what is the possible max boost i should see?? Will NON-REMOVAL of the pill confuse the flash as it was meant for removal to acheive 21-22 psi? Theres no problem gettin 92-93 octone here on Long Island.

i dont have any data logging devices BUT i had sent a list of mods to DYNOFLASH when i requested the flash, it pulls real strong and i never use anything less than 93 octane. I was actually wrong in one of my posts, it peaks to 22 then tapers to 18-19, which is nice

The restrictor pill just limits the maximum boost by restricting the flow from the boost solenoid.
Your ecu won't care really. The two parameters that are related to this are the wastegate duty cycle and the boost desired engine load.
The wastegate duty cycle controls the boost. Using the same duty cycle value, leaving the restrictor pill in will result in lower boost. So if you put the pill back in, you'll just lower the amount of boost you'll run using all the same settings in the ecu.
There's a bit more to it dealing with the boost desired engine load and boost correction, but nothing major.
