When you try to open a rom using the romid of whatever xml you added, it should open the rom normally rather than ask you to create a definition for it.

The log window in ecuflash will say which XML is using. For example for my evo 7 ECU it says "90550001 and evo7base" or something like that.

Proceeded to do everything i was told, wont let me even pull my info from the ecu. won't let me even press it

I had a question evom's I switched over to SD got the car tuned pretty good but I'm having one a little problem. During cold starts the car will drop low on rpm about 3 times before the car levels out to normal. If you tried to pull out right after starting it would want hesitate/die during this time the wideband would be super lean at this time also. Is this a known issue with Tephra?

I had this issue until I rebooted the laptop. Connected all the wires, OBD and the other single wire connector, Turned the car key to the ON position, then started the software then the button became available.

Simple noob question: My car is currently tuned now, if I install Tephra will it delete my current tune or am I able to retain it? If so how? I dont wanna mess up anything

how the hell do you donate to get the other non free roms, im after the v7 of 90550001, I emailed about 2 months ago, got a reply then I replied asking where/how to send money and nothing back. I really want this and am becoming frustrated. cheers michael

hi,i have EDM evo9 without ICS switch but ICS light lamp is working because when i had AUDM old ROM i changed with TPS alt map and flash ICS lamp was working.

now i'm running usa rom 88591715 and i installed jot alt map harness kit,
flash ics isn't working anymore by TPS alt map and also not by ADC0F 1.

is fault of the rom or of some mistake done by installation of alt map harness?

I'm having the same issue. It does not work on a EDM car, the above mentioned ROM is for USDM car only. 8859 ROM will give you some wired dtc codes like p0603 etc.

you should flash black to a rom that worked before.

If you are trying to run SD on your car, thats gona be a long way. Im also on it but did not have a lot of time to test further. Im now trying to set-up a donner patched 8858XXXX rom for EDM SD. Time will tell if that is going to work, otherwise I'll switch back to maf and just take it as it is...

i understand on rom 8859 flash ics isn't working on alt map because it's a usdm rom and as you know usdm evo9 come without buld for ics.
on my previous rom 8858 it was working,how to fix it now?
