Hi,
i have a problem with map readings on speed density on euro evo 8 with 96531706(v7 option 5). Map readings are always 4kPa absolute(-14.5psi relative).
Map sensor is 3bar GM and it's connected on maf sensor connector to pin 2(yellow/blue wire, baro input). Also i checked +5v and GND and sensor reads 1.52V(1bar absolute) when car doesn't work.
I can start the car with cheating injector dead time(3ms) and it works on idle. But no map readings. Load is always lower then 10.
Probably i made some stupid mistake. Any suggestion?

Log and current map is in atachemt.

Maybe map sensor should be connected to pin 73 Manifold Differential Pressure Sensor, not to pin 85 Barometric Pressure Sensor Signal ?
Or can i change that in config?

Hi friends! I'm having trouble finding the latest and greatest rear o2 sim patch and heater patch mods for my evo 8. I have no emissions equipment and no cat. I can either leave the rear o2 on and get CELs now and again, or turn it off and get no fuel trims. I keep finding random posts about the patches, but from many years ago and not necessarily for the ROM i'm using (94170715) with tephra mod v7. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Awesome! For some reason I thought I had to add something, like a table for the simulation values. I know there is the option in the tephra mod table to turn it on or off, but I thought there was more.

Hey, just scroll up and download the XML package for ALL evo's, as that link is working. Also, I had terrible luck with v7 (converting to big maps turned out to require some tuning on my end, which I can't do as I do not have a wideband); if you just want no-lift-to-shift then I would recommend v5, which I'm running. All you have to do is load your stock ROM with the v5 xml and simply reflash---no copy and pasting/ converting to big maps necessary. v5 is here: http://evoecu.logic.net/wiki/88590015
I just verified that the link is working.

That's perfect ! Thanks.
All I want right now is the no lift feature. I wouldn't benifit from the updated maps on a stock turbo.

Looked for help in the official v7 help thread with no luck so I'm going to ask here again. This is for my basically-stock EVO-8 (94170015). I converted my fuel/ ignition maps to big maps (and verified every cell made sense), copied my boost maps to the gear-based boost tables and the MAF parameters over, as well as all periphery bits being matched. The car starts fine, idles fine, even drives well under 2500 RPM, but as soon as I try to accelerate the car seems to knock lightly at LOW rpm, and then stalls very hard around 5000 RPM, almost as if fuel is cut as it cannot get over these RPM. During this stall I am getting significant intake popping noises. Should I anticipate some serious tuning to get these big maps in order, or is there something that I am overlooking? Anyone else have any issues with v7? All the other features work, such as valet mode, launch maps, etc.
Currently running v-5 mod with no issues, which makes me think this issue is from going to a big map, I just have no idea why the car runs so horribly.
Would anybody be willing to take a look at my stock ROM (tuned by english racing) and tephra v7 ROM to make sure everything looks good? I cannot figure out what the issues are.
Best,
-Shane

No problem! I am really enjoying the NLTS (installed last week). High RPM shifting is so smooth now... But yeah I wanted v-7 to take advantage of the dedicated launch control maps but just can't seem to get the big maps to work (at least I think this is the issue).
