Guess the cat is out of the bag now.
OK so myself and some undisclosed others have been building and testing what will be the new v7 94170715 rom. It is the USDM 94170015 based rom with all the v7 bells and whistles.
Thus....If anyone has the addresses to the tables in the OP please post them. They are the few missing links to 100% operational readiness.
Trust me when I say....you will love this rom. It has zero problems that I can find.

Being a 9417 user myself (for 03 EVO), this is good news that 9417 will get some intention again.

I'm not sure why you were closed-lipped about it, since it was fairly obvious from a few posts that Evo_Kid/Boosted has made along the way that this was in the works. You might have been able to benefit with increased exposure.
I think it's a shame that tephra's spending the last little bit of his SH2 interest level on this, instead of 9055 (which appears to be one of the few ROMs that supports hardware antilag). But, I have no place saying how folks should spend their time, and I certainly haven't been contributing enough lately to have much say about much else either.
So, good luck to you with 9417.

Well jump in and hook us up with the addresses for the tables I posted on the OP. They are the last few needed to have this version complete.
If you think about it, this will most likely the last time this rom will be updated. I don't think there is anything else we would really ever need to do to make it better. So, why not finish this project so we can all move on to completing the next one?
I wish I could decode like you guys can.
