Evo VIII Ecu (USDM) in Evo IV (JDM)

I need some quick help with my fans. I can't quite wrap my head around this and I've been reading a few conflicting things. I have a LHD V RS using a USDM VIII ECU. The LHD V already has wires in pins 32 and 34 (condenser fan relay lo and hi). I've already swapped pins 8 and 22 (fuel pump and A/C Control replay) and removed pins 87 and 91 (ACD and IC sprayer).
As it currently sits, when the key is turned to the "ON" position the fans kick on. I know I need to move the wires at pins 20 and 21, I'm just not sure where, since I already have wires in pins 32 and 34.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Here is what confuses me. Pins 32 and 34 match from my V to the VIII. They are both condenser fan relay hi (32) and lo (34). So swapping them doesn't make sense to me because the. Hi and lo are mismatched, lo form the harness goes into hi on the ECU and vice versa.
7/8 trigger the a/c fans based on coolant temp whether or not the a/c is switched on or off as yours seems to be wired like an evo 6 with the 6 wiring you have to tie the radiator fan wire to the a/c fan wire as it has two completely seperate circuits to control the radiator fan and a/c fan.
evo 4/5 dont have wires to pins 32 /34 as a/c is controlled by a/c ecu

evo 7/8 uses a pwm fan controller 5/6 use a simple on /off system with hi /lo speed relays

I borrowed a 1.3 cable today and while it won't connect with ECUflash, it did connect and read with EvoScan. However when I then tried to open file I saved from EvoScan with ECUflash to make modifications, ECUflash says it's an unknown ROM image. I need to disable the immobilizer before I can do anything else.
The ECU I'm using has MN132874 on the case.

This morning I decided to use the Tephra V7 rom that I had on my old Evo VIII. I disabled the immobilizer and then flashed it to the Evo V... Bingo! She fired right up and once I got it from the E85 map to the 91 map she sat there and idled just fine.
I still haven't swapped the fan wires yet, I simply pulled 20 and 21 the other day so they wouldn't be running with the ignition on, so at the moment they are completely disabled. I'm waiting to hear back regarding why 32 and 34 get swapped instead of just adding in 20 and 21. Thanks!

So today I finally joined 20 and 21 to 32 and 34. I didn't swap 32 and 34 though, it just didn't make sense to me. So far everything seems to be working correctly. The fans come on at 190 (88) and go off at 185 (85). I don't know how to confirm that they are only spinning at low speed, but based on the sound, that would be my guess.

Just a note on this for anyone else using an VIII ECU on an older Evo. The Evo VIII ECU has partial speeds on the fans depending on the temperature but he V fans don't have that feature, they are either on or off. So using evoscan the thermo fan tables either need to be 100 or 0. A 60 for the VIII is still a 0 for the V. I played with these tables today and my coolant temps dropped from 230ish to 206ish.
