Fuel Trims Not Updating

Ok guys take it easy on me! Im playing catchup here and trying to understand the last 2-3years of development with these ecu's. The biggest confusion I have at the moment is fuel trims and my fuel table.

Im currently running this ecu in a 1g. And before that tosses all kinds of confusion out there, the only difference minus the emissions stuff is the front O2 heater. The car is also running SD and the 96531706 ROM. GM 3Bar, GM IAT. AEM UEGO wired to rear O2.

The car runs pretty good at the moment, but its not good enough. Id really like to squeak a few more MPGs out of it, so i leaned out the fuel table in the cruise area. But what im noticing is that my fuel trims arent changing. Both my idle and cruise LTFT dont change. I do see STFT (O2 feed back ) changing. But its still not trying to run the afr im specifying. When i look at the log the AFR MAP shows 14.7 instead of the 15.3 or 15.7. Am i to assume this means its running Openloop?

So what should my settings be like in my ROM, Id like it to run the specified AFR in my fuel table at cruise/idle. Do i need to run the patch where it uses the WBO to feed the front O2 sensor voltage? And just remove the front O2(unplug it?) Will disabling either of the O2 sensor heater codes affect the fuel trims?

I can post up my ROM later if someone would like to take a look and see what im doing wrong.

O2 heater codes affects fuel trims. What errorcodes does the car have?

Current codes are

Updated: 16:48:05
2 Diagnostic Trouble Codes Found:
----------------------------------------------
P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control
P0622 Generator Field F Control Circuit Malfunction (not concerned with this code)

This is after 2 days of driving, both in town and a 30min highway cruise. LTFT still at -12.xx

So apparently I have taken care of the heat codes, which is probably killing the fuel trims from updating. Is there a way to deal with the heater codes and not have this fuel trim issue?

Going to attempt to post my rom.

Apparently it exceeds the file size limit for upload.

I can email to whomever would like to take a peak.

Fuel trims work only in closed loop. Your first error affects the fuel trims, thats why they aren't working.

I also read where IAT temps will affect this P0125 code. Im in VA and its been in the low 30's and cruise IATs are pretty close to whatever ambient is. Is this a possibility as well?

Since i cant post my ROM, heres a look at my peripheries.

got exactly same problem

if enabling heater, it throws code, as early evos have unheated sensor
if disabling, it kills fuel trims

so how is it possible to make trims work ?
thinking about three way out of this situation

1. isn't there any simulator or patch or something, for front O2 heater ?
2. installing 4 wire heated sensor (where to connect heater wires ?)
3. installing some kind of resistor in heater circuit (where and how exactly? )
