Here's the 9417 test file
See if the baro routine is working if you can by logging the baro output during startup. If it runs ok try upping the max rpm for the baro sub to above idle and log again see if the baro output changes according to vacuum level should be enough
Oh and file is 7zipped so please make sure you have that program to decompress it.

Ok sweet,
So if you have a different MAP sensor but you know the Volts to KPA you can change the Volts side to say 0-5 and then the KPA side to what KPA each Volts is?
Then you can adjust the KPA to Load map also, this is awesome,
Im getting my AEM 3.5Bar MAP sensor in a few weeks so im going to try this out on 9653, although the scalings are there for the AEM 3.5 Bar which is the Kavlico unit i beileve

Ok one more thing
the MAP Volts vs KPA with the map sensor i have
0.5v = -100kpa
4.5v = 245kpa
But thats taking out the Atmospheric pressure, i can work out what it is including the atmospheric pressure but the MAP Volts vs KPA wont let you put a negative number in there
I.E 0.5v with my map sensor is not 0kpa if that makes sense

Ok i think i worked it out,
0v can = 0Kpa because you then have the KPA to Load table which means you can have all pre = 100 KPA be Vacuum on the Map sensor itself if that makes sense.
Then from the Volts the Map sensor is 100kpa (0psi) up to translates into 100kpa and UP on the Fuel/Timing Maps
