Yeh i had a look at that PDF

These are my current settings

IC Relay Timer On/Off = 3.0/0.5
IC Relay Control Min RPM = 3500
IC Relay Control Water Temp = On=70c off=60c
IC Relay Control Min Load = 200
IC Relay Control MAX Vehicle Speed = 356kmh
IC Relay Control TPS Position = On=75% off=60%
IC Relay Control Min Air Temp = 5c

Cheers, this should work when above 3500rpm more then 75% TPS and 200 Load

why not set it to 500rpm + 30tps + 20load

then you can test it while its idleing...

Ok i still cannot get this to work,

Could it have something to do with the IC Spray on Knock?

I might disable that and then revert to the settings i have inputed for it to spray

I really need this to work lol

yeh mate manual spray works fine, Spray on knock works fine just not this, i need it to work as my knock sensor is not being used anymore due to having a built motor, so i want to set my own settings for when it is to spray

Here is the Tables for the 96530706.xml

<table name="IC Relay Timer On/Off Time" category="IC Spray" address="248a" type="2D" scaling="TimeSec">
<table name="Condition" type="Static Y Axis" elements="2">
<data>On Time</data>
<data>Off Time</data>
</table>
</table>

<table name="IC Relay Control Min RPM" category="IC Spray" address="2480" type="1D" scaling="RPMStatLimit"/>

<table name="IC Relay Control Water Temp" category="IC Spray" address="2482" type="2D" scaling="Temp">
<table name="Condition" type="Static Y Axis" elements="2">
<data>On</data>
<data>Off</data>
</table>
</table>

<table name="IC Relay Control Min Load" category="IC Spray" address="2488" type="1D" scaling="Load"/>

<table name="IC Relay Control Max Vehicle Speed" category="IC Spray" address="2486" type="1D" scaling="VehicleSpeed"/>

<table name="IC Relay Control TPS Position" category="IC Spray" address="2498" type="2D" scaling="ThrottlePercentage">
<table name="Condition" type="Static Y Axis" elements="2">
<data>On</data>
<data>Off</data>
</table>
</table>

<table name="IC Relay Control Min Air Temp" category="IC Spray" address="249c" type="1D" scaling="Temp"/>

And here are the tables for 96260009.xml

<table name="IC Relay Timer Time" address="2498">
<table name="Condition"/>
</table>

<table name="IC Relay Timer Control Judgement" address="209e">
<table name="Condition"/>
</table>

<table name="IC Relay Timer Air Temp" address="20a2"/>

<table name="IC Relay Timer ON Mode Switch Time" address="247e"/>

<table name="IC Relay Timer Control RPM" address="2480"/>

<table name="IC Relay Timer Control Water Temp" address="2482">

I think i may have found the issue?? Maybe

The scaling for Min RPM for spray is set to scaling="RPMStatLimit"/>

Is that correct or should it be set to RPM or something?

as long as the value shows up correctly in the stock rom then it should be ok.

i am not sure what the stock value for ICSPray/RPM is...

So it should work even if the RPM scaling is set to RPMStatLimit

I might change the scaling to just RPM and give it a go that should be ok shouldnt it?

I think its meant to be RPMSTATLimit

When you change the scaling you are just changing how its displayed...

so if the stock value was 3500rpm, then its probably right

if you change the scaling and the stock value becomes 1235123.123 or whatever then you know the scaling is wrong...
