Injector Cranking Enrichment IPW Adder (Main) = 39d2
Alternate Cranking Enrichment IPW Adder (Main) = 3824c

Injector Cranking Primer Enrichment (Initial Pulse) = 39c0

Just takes 3-4 separate goes at cranking it over before it finally fires up.
