Assuming you have correctly copied all the maps from your 9864 to the 9055 you might want to look at these two settings. If your sill having trouble send me the ROM as a .bin file.

Im sorry I should of given more info, its a e7 ecu in a e5, so I have no immob ecu. I copied over the code and changed to FFFF as what was set in the stock rom when I got it, starts fine with the stock rom. I put all the relevant changes as per the guides that are floating around. something strange is going on because when I crank it instantly shows 95ish load?? it floods basicly.

Sorry but when it comes to stuff like this im out of my depth

heres my rom thank you

The ROM you posted has Valet mode on in the Tephra Mod options. Set that to 0 and see how you go.

Try saving your file as a .SRF instead of a .BIN and then load it onto the Evo 7 ECU. That worked for me strangely enough...

OK tried changing to SRF, no difference, its over fueling for sure, I logged it while cranking, its got an injector pulse width of 55 on start vs 4.8 on the original rom, something is corrupt

Right a few things to consider:

What mods do u have on your car?
If u have upgraded fuel injectors then these will need to be set right

If it is stick Evo 5 injectors, are they the same as Evo 7? I think Evo 7 are slightly bigger.
Finally work with the standard 90550001 rom first, get that working as that's em user free, then move the required data to the tephra 7 rom

My final issue was a crorupted Tehpera 7 rom. When I stated afresh the car fired up with no issue.

Fueling wise ive only replaced the fuel pump, mixtures are spot on using the stock rom.

E5 injectors are the same as e7 nominal rating of 565 ive tried using 90550001 v5.10 but I run into a issue around immob even tho I disable it in the periphery it cuts fuel injection after a second as per normal immob function but I can't shake it no matter what I change

This is much higher than on the stock ROM, it should be 0x18.

thank you, will try. Wonder where that figure came from? I certainly didn't change it because I no idea. May explain why I am getting 10x more fuel than required while cranking

Try my ROM, it set up for 790 injectors, HTA Green and HKS 272 with no EGR, but might give you a baseline to test from.
