Is this a faulty knock sensor? 7-9 counts above 2250 rpm

When I log my knock count I get 7-9 counts of knock always above 2250 rpm. Is this a sign of a faulty knock sensor. This is on a freshly built 2.3 and thought it might be false knock, but even messing with the knock multipliers didn't seem to mater. I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, this is what happens when the knock sensor is bad. You should also be getting a CEL though and should see the timing map default to the low octane map.
