Ok update, I flashed that new rom on my car and it wouldn't start, first thing I did was move the immobilizer code from my old one over so I know that's not it. Any ideas? Mean time I flashed my old one back and fires right up...

Make sure you have the right init code, Immobilizer code, and Immobilizer Hex code.

Ok so in the rom I don't just click on immobilizer and change the code to my old one? I know the init code and immobilizer are the same not sure about the hex portion or where that's visible

Not sure what rom you are flashing but this is a good reference.

Ok well I figured out the issue, I looking into the immobilizer thing again and it turns out my old tune had it disabled to begin with so the immobilizer code that it had probably isn't even the one for my car. Anyway, I just did the same and disabled it on my new map and fired right up. Took it out and it drove a bit better. But I'm still having this issue. Under wot as the boost peaks i basically stop accelerating until I let off the pedal a bit. Doesn't matter what gear or rpm once boost raises to where it stops I won't accelerate. But partial throttle I can accelerate into the higher rpm range, any ideas?

Hard to trouble shoot without tuning tools so I wouldn't drive the car hard until you get a tune. In the meantime try to rule out anything mechanical. Check the spark plugs and the gap. Also check for boost leaks.
