10.2 is waaayyyy rich. Boost leaks and exhaust leaks also cracks on the OEM manifold will all hinder performance. Check all those and the get that AFR to 11-11.5. Let us know how it ends up.

29 psi peak and it tapers to 24. That weird on a 25G. Does it still have the OEM turbine wheel on it? Also I assume you are on E85 from the kind of timing you are running.

Im kinda leaning on a combination problem. Even still look for intake and exhaust leaks.

It is of my uneducated opinion that timing should be changed last, with fueling attended to first. Let the pro's chime in on that one, but go back to stock-ish timing everywhere, make sure there's no boost leaks, make sure you're fueling is in the proper range and consistent with boost (FIC & DW's may make this more difficult), then focus on your timing of ignition & mivec.

A field of 20 I would stay away from this rom and get a custom tune from someone who knows what they are doing.

injectors are scaled at 535 and are 900cc.

Give up your tooner ambitions.
