strange front O2 sensor readings

Hi,

Just out of nowhere my car started having idle issues - it just sputters and goes way too lean, as soon as the car gets warmer.
The O2sensor readings that I get are way higher than I've ever seen. As a result, O2feedback goes to -25 and the car gets too lean.

Does it mean that o2 sensor is dead?

Here are the readings I have in Evoscan for front o2

Hi,

Looks like this. As far as I know, Front O2 should give you sinusoidal signal. Please refer to http://www.hexcode.co.za/techinfo/lambda for more information.
