Fuel trim and O2 sensor activity at 0
Weird thing is I get no check engine light

Went open loop and can get it to idle and drive but wide open throttle goes pig rich and misfires....

what can I do to fix this

Get a new O2 sensor and/or check the wiring. Just because it doesnt throw a code doesnt mean it isnt broke.

So you have no o2 voltage or STFT values when logging? If so, dead ringer for a dead front o2 sensor.
