tactrix open port 2.0 adapter problems
hey guys.

I am trying to connect the tactrix open port 2.0 adapter on my evo 9 I connected 4 days ago and it lighted up now I am trying to connect it wont light up. what should I do? please help me guys.

sounds like its failed. Does it light up when the usb port is connected to a PC? Does it light up When connected to the vehicle OBD2 port.

NEVER EVER use a 120V inverter to charge your laptop while using a USB device to tune the car. The ground plane of the Inverter and the Vehicles ground plane can have a Differential volatage potential and fry your laptop, ECU, or tuning cable.

If it doesn't light up at all when plugged in it's toast, reach out the tactrix and see if they can replace it

Could be a fuse for Obd2 connector. See if you can connect a regular scanner.

no because it should light up when the usb is plugged into the computer
