Can't get wot to lean out

98 gsx with 3g ECU. Switched to e85 on my 3g/Evo ECU yesterday. It runs great. Fuel trims are good and idles and cruises awesome. I'm having issues at wot though. I changed my tables to be 12:1 wot and it's pegging rich on my aem wideband.

On 93 octane it was targeting 11:1 but the leanest I could get it was 10.7. How can I get it to lean out? I tried upping the scaling but it didn't help much if at all. It's running a 2g maf btw.

i dont think its a fuel pressure problem or clogged return. My fuel pressure is set where it should be, and 2g dsms dont have return line clogging issues like evos. im switching to a bigger return line today however.
