Well its was showing 2-7 knocks only sometimes. I could do 4 runs and 3 would be great maybe 1-2 knocks in just a few places, and than the 4th run wild would show 3-7...

I was told my car was originally tuned at 23psi pump gas.

Engine is fully build, + bigger intercooler, injectors, front mount, full 3" exhaust no cat...

So I must go from 0014 ROM to 0015 first before Tephra v7? And I would love to know how to to go from 0014 to V7 easier. DO TELL!

I think I transferred everything over fine expect my maps are off because of the offset between the small bad big maps. And yes I used the map translator but that still not correct. In the small map my full boost LOAD is at 160, on the big map its at around 260 Load so the maps isn't matching up at all. Its at least what appears to be happening because under V7 i get crazy knock up to 20 after translating maps. Same maps in 0014 show almost no knock

The 9653 ROM and the 9417 ROM run differently. No you do not need to go to 94170015 prior to the V7 94170715 ROM(2nd 7 is the V7 designation). We can switch directly. And it's as easy as changing one HEX table in the ROM.

I might even offer to do your Big Map Translations for you. They're relatively easy once you have done a few, and I do them manually, not with the translator.
