Carisma cold start problem (evoscan logs)

Hi Everyone!
FIRST- at the beginning I want to apologize for my bad, bad, bad.... English Sorry

My car- Carisma GLX 1.6 4G92 1998

I need help. My engine not work normally.
The engine switches off the cold start.
I have to keep the gas pedal to not turnoff.
Medium warm i have 300-500RPM
a hot engine RPM are good.

Another problem is the low RPM with headlights ON and other electrical equipment.
Simple Example:
Normal temp engine- 900RPM
I turn on headlights - 600-700RPM
I turn on headlights and fan supply (A/C) - 300-500RPM

The problem is this? stepping motor?

Its my evoscan logs:

This sounds like it could be an electrical problem. What kind of condition is your battery in? Try cleaning the terminals. Then test the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine off and cold, then again after its running with your accessories on.
