Off to AWD Motorsports for FP Black & pump gas tune

I'm going from the stock turbo making 371 whp, 352 tq, to the FP Black today.
I will be posting my before and after results on 93. Diiirk is doing both tunes on the car.

Current power mods: Walbro 255, HKS intake, Works 65mm TB, Buschur ported IM & EM, Kelford 272s, Buschur fab'd O2 housing, Perrin DP, no cat, Perrin Medallion Touring exhaust, Hallman MBC, AMS FMIC, AMS upper & lower IP, all EGR crap removed, Magnus IM heat barrier gasket, Exedy Twin.

Here is my stock turbo graph.

Only changes are going to be ported/coated FP Black, ID 1000 injectors, FP intake and Perrin 4.5" foam filter. I will post my new graph tonight!

Here are some pics of the new snail.

Any headstuds planned? How much boost and on 93 or E85?

The whiplash factor is going to be like night and day after you get all the work done.

I have upgraded the headstuds. Bottom-end is stock so pump gas. I believe e85 or race gas would make too much hp and really shorten my lifespan. Car only has 46k miles so I need to keep it awhile.

Last night was a bit of a headache...I was sold the stock 9 waste-gate actuator vs. the standard 25lb...this caused issues that took awhile to figure out.

Not sure why someone at Buschur advised me to stick with the stock unit but it doesn't work with my set-up on the Black...the car was sluggish and wouldn't make power unit 6,000rpm!!!

AWD had a higher spring'd Forge Motorsport unit at the shop so we installed it which solved the problem.

I didn't leave the shop until almost 11pm and through the BS I forgot my printouts of the Black and the Stock/Black overlay. The car now hits hard around 4500 rpm and continues to pull harder and harder to redline where the stock turbo falls and looses power. The lag is certainly noticable going straight from stock to Black on pump gas. At the end of the day though I left with 433 hp, 378 tq...it was 95 degrees and humid, I need a 1 step colder plug, a better BOV, and maybe a better ignition setup if I want to stretch it another 20-40hp.

I think at this power level I can beat the **** out of it for awhile and save money for a stroker and quality ignition.
