775WHP/612TQ: 04 Evo8 2.2L 4G63 Full-Race kit w/Borg Warner S300
Well I think I am finally done. Force-Fed Performance (Justin, Jason and Babi-Tuner) did an incredible job building this beast of a car. It has been a year since DSport came and shot the car on a 2.0L with same kit... After the shoot we decided to go with a 2.2L 4G63 (Same block) cut .030. I stayed with the same Turbo kit, because honestly, Full-Race is the shizz, and this turbo (Borg Warner S300SX 88/75) makes great power, 62.9mm Inducer with a 88mm exducer.
One other change we made were the cams. I changed from the BF272's to Kelford 276/280's. With the Force-Fed CNC cut head, the additional air flow was phenomenal. At first pull, 21psi, we made 516whp/460tq on 93oct pump gas on Mustang Dyno. That was a true testament in the building and tuning of this car.
With over a year of building, testing and tuning, we finally hit a Dynojet this weekend. First time ever for my whip. Babi (Force-Fed Performance tuner) made 775whp/612tq @ 35.5psi on HIS Motorsports DJ in Hickory, NC. Which they are a great group of guys BTW.
We woulda went more, but my in-cabin Hallman maxed out. We thought of putting another hallman and pushing 40psi to hit something a little more, but figured we were close enough. 800+whp woulda been nice, but thought it did well for a mid sized TS turbo. I was happy.
Additionally, we hit 704whp/577tq @ 35psi on Force-Fed Performance's MD, Fayetteville, NC for reference.
Ill probably have this thing up for sale in the next few days, so if anyone is interested, just PM me.
Special thanks to Justin, Jason and Babi @ Force-Fed Performance (Best group of guys and bestest friends), Terry @ Fortune-Auto, Geoff @ Full-Race, Mike @ ETS, and all you others that helped us get to where we are today. This was a great ride. Such a good ride.
Dan @ MAPerformance as well. They hooked us up with a fantastic clutch (Quartermaster 8 leg) in no time flat. MAP has great prices, and this clutch I would recommend to anyone needing to hold big TQ and still drive on the street. Had a Carbonetic/ATS twin prior to the QM and I am sold. I also got the Hydraulic Clutch bearing, a must have.

If I keep the car, then gonna move to billet wheel upgrade, large runners, and 1.1 turbine housing.
