FF6766 918whp c85 Tune Stock ECU evo 8

Just wanted to share a nice step that made a great power band. It belongs to Javier who runs all the HONDA DAY events and plenty of the other import events at Raceway Park and ATCO. Evo vs STI etc etc.

HeadGames Head with HKS 280s
TurboTrix block ( from 2006! )
Magnus Cast Manifold
Bosche 2ks
Bosche 044 External
Walbro 450 Internal
Wally Fab ( Keith@Turbotrix ) Fwd Face 6766 big cover with full working AC
Sparktech Non CDI
Stock ECU SD
Tilton CC
DSS everywhere
c85 fuel
46psi

Once we add the 2nd 044 we are hoping to hit the 950whp mark

Car went 10.0@144 with 670whp weighing in at 3200lbs on drag radials

And if you want to prove that C85 is worthless (or prove at best how minimal the gains are) feel free to take a ride wayyyyy up north, I'll donate 10 gallons to the cause. (10 gallons of good ol' pump E83).

I know its only worth about 50whp on this car, but that is what the owner wanted to be tuned on. It was originally ignite e99, but we couldn't get any. Vp tells you specifically that this fuel is only 4-6% better then straight pumped e85... problem is that we get so many inconsistency in e around here. He still makes low 800s on normal e85.

Having run 8.3@165 with the auto Subaru on pump e85, I know its capability

I will have pics of the setup/car soon

Wow! That is such a strong looking powerband! It holds the tq great in the top end, and the HP doesn't plateau and fall off like soooo many other EVO setups out there. This thing must just pull like a savage.

still crazy thinking how this evo and car game has changed. Not too much work to get to the 800+whp platform...back in the day 500whp on a evo was serious

Good Job on this...lets see that run to back up the nice power band
