2.4LR Evo 9 67mm Hyrbid E85

NEW Graph on post 12
Its been awhile since I have posted on here, Haven't really had anything exciting or outrageous to post.
I have been working for about 2 years with the customer on this build to help him out and get everything we could with the budget he had.

Motor:
2.4LR
Wiseco pistons
Manley Turbo Tuff rods
OEM crank
King bearings
ARP L 19 head studs
Block is O-Ringed
Ported Head
GSC R2 Cams
GSC springs, Retainers and valves

Mods:
Billet 6762 From Turbo Labs 1.06 hotside (alittle to big for this)
ID2000cc
Dual aeromotive 340 pumps
Buschur racing Manifold
Turbo XS 3.5in Intercooler with custom piping
Tial 44mm WG
Catless exhaust
Aeromotive regulator
Hallman Pro RX MBC

after the tune I did another boost leak test and found a boost leaked developed during the tune.
He is going to fix the issue and come back for 35+ psi

Looks like the long wait was worth it! Numbers are great! Can't wait to see how much more it puts down.

Bummer on the problems, but the power curve is sweet.

Looking forward to the next graph. Good luck. Hope it's just the boost controller.

i don't think its just the boost controller but what ever its is there is a limited number of things that could cause this

It was actually the WG Diaphragm, It looked fine but when we pressure tested it there was a leak as soon as we hit 14psi, fixed that and it's good now

This setup is very similar to mine plus or minus a few things including the turbo. I don't have ported head, though. But seeing this setup and the numbers gives me an idea/hope for what mine will make. It's in the shop right now getting a new hotside kit and turbine housing then will go immediately on the dyno for tune and numbers. I don't think my Exedy twin will hold nearly 800hp that yours is making.
