Forced Performance Zero results are in! Test subject: EVO IX 2.4LR R2 Cams 93 & E85

The spool is average for a 2.4 on a stock appearing setup. I was talking about the air fuel curve and how it looked more like a ekg than an air fuel curve. Usually in my logs I get that same type of behavior when brake boosting.

This cars a Stainless single scroll housing, stock final drive + evo 8 gears, and produced over 800whp and still seen almost 40psi by 4000RPM in 4th.
If we brake boosted this car, it would compressor surge and most likely not even get out of the spool to complete the pull at the RPM we started the pulls.
The AFR isn't doing that with the car, its just how evoscan and the laptop is picking it up.

5leeper made 715@36psi. This car made 605 @32 PSI. At 44psi this car touched 800. Doing the math 5leeper gaining the same power per PSI as this car (15hp/psi) would gain around 120whp at 44psi. So that would be 835ish. Now that is no small accomplishment for the Zero to be in anywhere colder to the level of the 6466. But I think pound for pound the 6466 has the advantage up top and the Zero has a spool advantage.

You cant compare these to the twinscroll old school FP stock appearing turbos.

Its not the wideband doing it, its just something interfering with its signal. I think he runs the Innovate LC1. Unless the 3 port is maybe trying to kick the WG open on spool, but that would show up as surge when running the car, and customer said it pulls super smooth and very clean. I have had them flutter on cars before as they were spooling up, but once tweaking the WGDC that goes away.
Ya Zephyr seems like a nice option also.
Steve those parts make a huge difference. The bigger throttle body helps a lot once you get to flowing as much air as our cars are. Your car is where it should be with its parts. Plus you have a very healthy trap speed which is what matters the most.

Thanks guys, the car feels like a beast. It spins from a second gear roll and a 3rd gear roll on 255/40/17 nitto nt05 lol. Tom has spent plenty of time messing with my car and i think the results are amazing.
For anyone who is worried of the "lag" of the black compared to this, don't be. the slight lag difference is barely barely noticeable, but the top end power is crazy.
No brake boosting at all in fourth gear or third.
Currently running an aem uego wideband. I previously had an LC1.

Were you brake boosting? AFR looks like it was brake boosting.
Either way, not bad. Still not a fan of some of these stock appearing turbos for 700+. Reminds me of the old DSM days, we have better options now for the money.
IMO the FP sale right now with the FP Black/manifold/oil line combo is a winner.
