Evo 9 MR Buschar Racing HTA35R stock block

So my car was dynoed last year and made 510whp/419TQ @29 psi on pump gas. My injectors are 1000cc's and I'm still running a 255lph. Trying to make at least 550whp without increasing boost and maintaining 93 pump gas.
Note: The cars been driven since the dyno last year and is still running strong on the stock bottom end. Just want some input on a slight increase in power w/o running meth injection or race fuel.
-Car has stock intake manifold/TB
-Running log manifold that came with the Buschar Racing kit
-Tuned using speed density and 3 BAR MAP no/MAF

Throw some S3's and a ported IM and TB in there to get your numbers up. I had pretty much your same setup. Have fun bro.

Thats what I was considering, just wanted to see if anyone has made similar power on the setup. Thanks for the input

Is porting out the stock tb & im best setup instead of going aftermarket?

Nice power! Is that too much torque pushing the stock block?

Thats what i was planning on doing down the road. Im still looking around at intake manifolds. As for the TQ, I've been running the car for a while now and haven't had any issues.

You should also consider picking up a tubular exhaust manifold if you're still on the cast BR manifold, that should also help flow those exhaust gases outta there better and net you some more hp. Nice car BTW.

Stock IM and TB are good for up to a pretty high number of hp IIRC. At most you'd want to do is port them both. I have the Buscher ported OEM IM and TB. I'm no expert but you'll make your money on your turbo/hotside/fuel/cam setup.

I was thinking about it... They're expensive though. I might consider doing an intake manifold upgrade or port the stock manifold. Still up in the air on both...

Where the gains worth it for the manifold?

I have Enkei RCT-4's 18x9.5 +35 with 265/35/18 Falken tires. No rolled fenders in the photo.
