Sweet I mentioned this because I actually built my car based on this car except with no FD. Was looking to order one and get the Evo 9 1st gear.

A few of my runs at the autox a few weeks ago at 25psi. This should give you an idea on how good the Transient response is on this turbo.

A member on here (94awdcoupe) once told me, that my car would be the fastest it can be with the shortest gears that don't sacrifice traction. I feel this is very true for a sub 700hp car on the street, but a track car making 700+hp would go the other way as far as the gearing is concerned.

I would like to hear more stats on the 10.5 at 135 run. thats impressive. I like this build as it follows the same game plan I use. which is to maximize driving enjoyment of a car. pushing power limits without ruining the car. all too easy to follow internet advice and end up with a car that has all kinds of compromises.

Car has been running well and there was a charity Breast cancer event at the local drag strip. Put the car on the rollers in 70' degree weather and ran 30-34psi on 81% ethanol.
The car made 625/485,586/466, 612/462. Its made 500tq before in the midrange at higher boost so this was just a checkup before the event. It may make more power/tq at lower rpm but I'm happy with the way the car performs.

I drove the car to the track the next day on my 255-40-17 Continental Extreme DW and launched at 7-10psi . Clicked off a few 1.7's and ran against a stock block 6266 making 630whp. He ran a 10.7@132 that morning but with a QM clutch the launch window for perfection is smaller then the gap on most spark plugs.
After reviewing my logs, the car was struggling to make 30-31 psi and falling and increasing the duty cycle wasn't helping. It was 80-85' outside and the car has no problem making 35psi plus when its 60' or colder. In a perfect world and more boost the car would be able to go faster .
First pass off the street was 10.8@132 going 101.86 in the 1/8. Then botched the launch on the second run and went 11.0@132, last pass was 10.9@128 but I missed 4th. Overall I'm really happy with the cars performance since I'm able to do anything with it and its got a quiet clutch that drives well.

The Infinity is a great ECU and Jay Meagher is really good at it. The M series is new and he would like to master that as well. He knows the M800 well so with this box being 15 years newer will be even better. I'd personally like to learn MoTec this year.
17x9 35 with 255-40 continental extreme DW. No rubbing at my ride height, no fender mods . A small 3mm spacer in the front the clear the brakes is required. They weigh 15.5lbs and 37lbs with that tire

Eagerly waiting on the edge of my seat to have the money to build a 2.2 for my car.
