yeah...im super torn. i really like the efr stuff, but ive been offered a bbk full. i know the efr is better in all respects, but i dunno if i want to throw that much money at the car. i stupidly started building two cars at the same time again which i swore id never do again lol.
awhit - you bought the kit from full-race minus the downpipe correct? what was included in the kit outside of the manifold? i emailed them awhile back and never got a response. do you feel it was worth buying the whole kit like that?

Will be sure to get some vids when we hit the dyno in a couple weeks
I was the same way - I was about to pull the trigger on a Blouch 2.0XTR (BBK-3B) when I decided to go with the EFR.
I ordered the manifold and kit box from Full-Race. It basically comes with everything you need to hook the turbo up with. Drain and feed lines for oil and coolant and all the gaskets and studs to go from the manifold to the turbo.
I think that Full-Race generally does a superior job to most with the quality of fittings/line they include in their kit boxes. And it is really nice to have pretty much everything you need come to you so you don't have an "oh sh**" moment when you go to put everything on. From that perspective, ordering the kit was definitely worth it.
That said, by the time we were done, we didn't really use any of the oil drain stuff because my fabricator did not really like what Full-Race provided for that. And we changed one coolant fitting. But we are both very OCD with stuff, and you could absolutely install everything as it comes from Full-Race.

yeah i definitely agree fullrace is quality stuff. i was just trying to figure out in my head how that package adds up cost wise. manifold is 1100, leaving 1700 to cover downpipe and some small bits? obviously trying to figure out where i could lower costs even a little lol.

Finally some videos of the dyno run
How much hp did it put out @ --- boost ?
Really interested to see the results , using same cams and similar sized stock frame turbo.

Thanks, I love the wheels too! I just need to put my JDM rear on and it will be perfect
I wasn't present when the car was on the dyno, and the fuel pump died before my tuner was able to start adding timing up top. I think boost was around 25psi and it made 420/375 the last pull he was able to make.
I have time scheduled for Jan 12 on a Dynojet to finish the tune. I will be present this time, so I will have a lot more solid data to share
Mines - FYI I used to have a 71HTA before this turbo. I made 402/355 on 93 @ 24-23psi on a dyno that reads almost exactly like a Dynojet. The Tomei cams I think are top notch for smaller turbos. The cam card shows they are surprisingly close to an S2 in effective duration.

The difference between these and S2s is peak lift .. Tomei is 10.8 and S2s are 11.2mmm
